3. Public blockchain and IPFS data

Your wallet address, the transactions you sign and the token metadata and images you upload become public on the Solana blockchain and IPFS. Anyone can see them and they cannot be changed or deleted by us or anyone else. Please keep this in mind before uploading anything.

4. Buying crypto with a card

If you use the "buy with card" option, the purchase is handled directly by the payment provider (for example MoonPay or Stripe) as an independent data controller. They may ask for identity verification. We do not receive your card details or identity documents; see their privacy policies.

5. Service providers and transfers

We use these providers, which process data on our behalf or as needed to run the Service:

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

7. Cookies and local storage

We only use storage that is strictly necessary for the Service to work: Privy keeps your wallet session in your browser, and the site stores preferences and the tokens and pools you created in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is required. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings (you will need to reconnect your wallet).

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format, by writing to support@coincreator.fun. We may need you to prove you control the wallet concerned (for example by signing a message). These rights cannot be applied to data already recorded on the blockchain or IPFS.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.

9. Age

The Service is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the website.
